Phil has led quantitative analytics and risk management teams and consulted for private trading companies, benchmark administrators, owners, operators, and OEMs.
Phil’s exceptional ability to manage data at petabyte and smaller scales, communicate insights and target commercially relevant outcomes enable him to rapidly create innovative solutions and strategic insights.

With 19 years of experience across the aviation, technology, and data industries, Matthew has held several senior leadership positions, established new businesses, and launched innovative products, including the world’s first regulated aviation benchmarks.
Matthew is passionate about crafting practical strategies that bridge ambition and execution. He excels in designing products and contracts that secure business value while driving maturity through rigorous testing and analysis.
